He now handles all internal operations of the business. Andy is so proud of the business success of Magnolia Custom Homes, but is most proud of the relationships that have been formed as a by product of beautiful, custom homes.

He previously worked as a senior process engineer and production manager in the cement industry. Jay was born in England, and lived in multiple states with his military family before graduating from Auburn University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He is an avid sports fan, particularly college football, and enjoys playing sports, traveling, and grilling on his Big Green Egg. Jay is an excellent asset to the team, working with an overall goal in mind to guide, assist, problem-solve, and offer solutions for clients throughout the building process. He is grateful to be working not just for a family business, but one that seeks to honor and glorify God with the gifts and talents they've been blessed with. Meet the team
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys the getting to spend time outdoors hunting and fishing. He married Ashton in 2021 and they live in their newly constructed home in Santa Rosa Beach. Oversized .28 of an acre lot in NW Ocala neighborhood of Howard Heights. Lot previously had a home on it that has since been demolished and is mostly cleared with some light brush/grass growing. There is some new construction in the neighborhood. Magnolia Custom Homes builds not just homes, but friendships.
